I’m Jules. I work with people a few years into something they care about, when the business has somehow grown up around the work and started getting in the way of it.
The Snug is where I do my thinking, and where a small group of people are figuring this stuff out alongside me. Because, running a business on your own is quiet enough already.

Probably for you if you’d rather think clearly than think fast, and you suspect that the visible problem is rarely the real one. (That’s something of a motto around here.)
