Can you help me with the content?
Absolutely! I am not a copywriter but I can provide guidance, advice, and prompts for your text. If you don’t have your own images I can direct you to some free resources. And I can offer guidance on how to prepare your images so that they look great on your website.
What if your packages aren’t right for me?
That’s ok. We can have a chat and then I can send you a custom quote.
What if I don’t understand the technical bits like domain names and hosting?
Don’t worry I am here to guide you through the whole process. Also, I create a gentle and trusting working environment – which means that all questions are valid.
What is WordPress and why do you use it?
WordPress is powerful and flexible. So your website can do almost anything you want it to do and it can scale as your business grows and develops. I use it with a page builder, usually one called “Divi“ to make it as simple as possible for you to keep it up to date.
Do you offer WordPress support?
Yes! After your project is finished, we will have a video call for a handover session. I will also give you a guide, resources and video tutorials to empower you to manage and make edits to the website yourself.
Can I hire you for updates?
Of course you can. But my goal is to equip and empower you to update and use your website yourself through the resources I give you. Also, for quick questions – I am just an email away.
How long does it take?
Each project is unique but on average from initial discovery to launch it takes about 4-8 weeks.
When can you start my project?
I currently have a 4-week waiting period but do get in touch in case I can fit you in sooner. The research and discovery section of the process can take time. And also I set you tasks to complete before the design and build starts. So the sooner we get underway the better.
How does payment work?
Once we have had our initial consultation, I will send you a quote. When you have accepted the quote, I will send you an online contract for you to sign digitally. After this, you will receive an invoice for 50% deposit. Once the project is completed, you’ll be sent an invoice for the remaining 50%. This payment schedule is written in the contract.
Do your prices include VAT?
I am not VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay.

I work from my desk near the sea in Cornwall, UK. But I work with clients from around the world.
