You don’t need a new website. I know, because I used to build them.

You probably don’t need a new 8-step funnel either. Or to finally crack Instagram, or start the podcast, or niche down for the fourth time.

I’ve watched founders I care about get within a click of spending two grand on a new site. The old one “wasn’t converting,” so obviously the site was the problem.

But it wasn’t.

The offer underneath it was vague. Or it was talking to the wrong person. Or the leak was somewhere else entirely, and nobody had bothered to look.

So, First Things First, let’s find out what’s working. With proof, not vibes. So you can stop doing the rest.

One right decision is a nice day. A system that makes every decision obvious is a different life.

We lay your whole business on the table — the offers, the people, the journey you think they’re on, the thing you make, or do that you’d do for free.

And we work out which bits are working, which you no longer need and what’s missing.

We meet live. I ask you the questions you’ve been dodging, and you go away with recordings and something to do. You come back, and we look at what you found.

Six weeks of that, and you’ll have your almanac.

Not a PDF. Not a dashboard you’ll never open again. An actual almanac, which I’ll post to you. And over the weeks each level builds so that you’ll have a map of your business in your own handwriting, that tells you every season what’s worth doing next and what you can let lie fallow.

The kind of thing you keep on the desk, not in a folder. You’ll know what it means, because you’re the one who filled it in.

Because you are almost certainly doing too much. Not badly, just too much, in too many directions, for too many people who were never yours.

And here’s what we’re actually looking for: enough.

The smallest version of your business that still works.

The fewest offers, the least visibility, the smallest set of moving parts that holds the whole thing up. Not minimal, I’m not here to put you on a diet. Enough. The point where the field bears what it needs to and the rest gets to lie fallow.

Because, once you can see enough, you get the space back.

To make the thing that isn’t for anyone yet, to follow the idea that might not pay. Or simply, to play. And that’s not the reward for doing the work; for you, it might be the work.

Everything past enough becomes a choice. Something you do because you want to, not something you white-knuckle to survive.

Stop spreading yourself like too little butter over too much toast.

Six weeks, so you can do more of the work you love and much, much less of everything else.

Four live sessions with me — we open together, we find the one thing your whole map depends on, we build the map, and then I teach you to read it.

Doors open in October. £500 — founder price for this first cohort. Put your name down, and you’ll be first to know the dates.
