First Things First

You’re doing a mountain of things, and you can’t stop doing any of them, in case that’s the one bringing the work in.

Starting in October, for 6 weeks, join a small group of founders and find out, with proof not guesswork, which parts of your business are holding it all up.

Once you’ve secured that, everything above it becomes a choice.

Because one right decision is a nice day, knowing what you have to do and what you get to choose is a different life.

When you know what your floor is, everything above that is

gloriously unessential

That new idea you have doesn’t have to be optimised; or nurture and convert someone into a client. It’s just a new idea you can be playful with, experiment with and enjoy.

You could spend time and effort doing outreach that is simply about making a genuine connection, not a transactional outcome.

And growing your business no longer has to mean getting bigger; it can mean deeper, for your skills, connections, and ideas.

You already have the answer

It’s in your business.

I’m here to help you find it.

You’ve bought the course, adopted the framework, and followed the method that worked for someone whose business looks nothing like yours. And been burnt, more than once.

None of them could tell you which parts of your business are holding it up, only your own evidence can do that.

This isn’t for you if you want magic beans, or a plug-and-play system, or someone to come in and solve it while you wait.

Finding your floor

I love your mess, so bring it all, even the embarrassing stuff.

And we’ll untangle it all, knot by knot.  And then week by week, we lay each thread across one single page, which is the centre of your almanac.

A bit like those used by farmers in the analogue age, your almanac will be your guide for the next season of your business.  What to plant, what to tend, what to leave alone and field notes that are the wonderfully weird you.

Printed on paper, delivered through your letterbox before we start.

You fill it in by hand, because this is all about what’s right for you, and you get to be the author of that.  Literally, in your own handwriting.

We start with That Thing, that you make, do, or create.

Because that’s the reason you have a business.

Then we untangle your people, the offers, your marketing, and all the machinery of what you’ve already built.  And we place the evidence from those threads alongside your clients’ needs.

So you can see what bits you chose, what’s there because it paid, and what you just went along with.

And then you will know with certainty what you have to do, what’s no longer needed and what’s missing.  And that’s when you’ve found your floor.

My main puzzle was whether to have an online shop or not. Through Jules’s quiet questioning, I realised no — I don’t want a shop; I want the selling process to be a curated personal experience.

Charlotte – Gallery Owner

Over the 6 weeks, we’ll meet virtually for four live sessions together.

Plus recordings and exercises you do in your own time — that’s where the almanac fills up.

About two hours a week, more if you want to go deeper.

£500 — founder price for this first cohort.
