Web design for founders who don’t know what they want their website to do.
But do know that the current one isn’t doing it.

“Before I found Jules, I had worked with three different website companies who didn’t really listen to what I wanted or the way I wanted my website to work. Jules is totally different – it was such a refreshing change to work with someone who actually listened.”
KATE – Pilates Studio Founder

We start with what you’ve already got
From there, we’ll know what you need. With proof, not guesswork.
There’s no proposal from me, and I’ll never ask you to write a brief.
Instead, there’ll be a lot of questions, some guidance, some homework, and several virtual cups of tea.

What the discovery gives us
Everything else grows out of it.
- You’ll get clear on how you want visitors to feel, which shapes the look and tone of the new site.
- We’ll see what your audience needs to know, and when, and how they actually make their buying decision. This tells us what content is needed and where.
- And once we can see the journey you’re guiding people on, we’ll know exactly what needs to be built.

“What I loved most was the time to think about my business, what it can offer, what it means to me and what we have achieved over the years. I hadn’t thought this would be part of the process and I found it incredibly affirming and uplifting.”
KAREN – HERITAGE FOUNDER

I’m Jules
Your thinking partner and co-creator
I’m here to guide, to spar, and to spark.

“Jules was part of my team, really interested and engaged in my project. We were working on a collaboration, rather than just paying someone to do a task for a fee.”
FIONA – MUSICIAN
Then we build the site together, and I mean together: by the end you’ll know how it works and why it’s built the way it is, so it stays yours long after I’ve gone.

” I was concerned about my lack of tech knowledge – that Jules would use terms I don’t know and I’d be embarrassed to say. This worry didn’t come true. Jules has a great knack for explaining a term or bit of kit without it feeling in any way patronising.”

A process as smooth as butter on warm toast
I’ve been a web designer for a long time, and I’ve watched projects like this grow into mountains. So we work to a timeline, and the timeline is what gets your site finished and live rather than sitting at 80% for a year.
Eight weeks.
- 3 of discovery
- 2 of content (design, images and copy)
- 2 of building
- and 1 week of contingency, because life.

What you get
Deliverables: seven pages and your email marketing connected. Usually that’s Home, About, Services, a sales page, Contact, a thank-you page and a marketing page; a lead magnet sign-up, or the page you send people to from Instagram.
If the discovery shows you need more than that, we finish the foundations first, then schedule the rest when your budget and our calendars allow. And if you want bells and whistles: e-commerce, memberships, that sort of thing — I do those too. Just say.
Live sessions: We meet every week for an hour or two. Sometimes these sessions are where we untangle things and spark ideas off each other. Sometimes they are co-working sessions, where we both have our tasks but are on hand when we need each other.
Founder price: £2,000
Questions people ask
Ready when you are
You don’t need to know what you want. You don’t need a brief, a budget spreadsheet or a Pinterest board. You just need to be fairly sure your current site isn’t doing it, and fairly fed up with not knowing why.
Let’s have that “everything” conversation.
No pitch, no pressure; I’ll ask a lot of questions, you’ll answer the ones you can, and by the end we’ll both know whether this is the right next thing for you. If it isn’t, I’ll say so, and probably point you somewhere better.
Jules x
