a single thing

Finally, getting that thing done. Not just done, the right thing done. The thing your business needs right now.
And not just a quick fix or a formulaic solution. But properly thought through and done together. So it works, and you understand it.
For when everything feels important, so nothing is. When all the things need to be done, nothing gets done. And for when you’re tired of doing everything on your own.
What’s right for you, right now?
Maybe you already know what the thing is. You keep circling. Starting, stopping, picking it up and putting it back down. Good.
Or maybe you don’t know what it is yet. Only that something isn’t working, and you can’t quite see what. Also good.
Because either way, what you don’t need is another course. Or another platform. Or another folder of templates to work through on your own at 9pm. You need someone to sit down with you, figure it out and then get it done.
That’s what this is.
01.
the diagnosis
We start with a proper conversation. Diagnosis before prescription, always — making sure the thing you build solves the real underlying issue, not just the loudest one shouting for your attention.
After that, I’ll map out our plan. What we’re doing, why it matters, and what you need to bring. Copy, content, decisions — the parts that are yours. No rush. You’ll have time to gather what we need.
02.
The work
Then we spend a virtual six-hour day together. Hands-on and in it together. Each of us bringing what we’re actually good at — you know your business and your work, I know how to build the thing and connect it to the rest of your business without breaking anything. You’re not briefing me from the sidelines or watching me work. We’re doing it, together.

What changes
By the end of the day, the thing exists. You understand how it works.
And next time something similar comes up, you’ll know how to do it yourself.
But because it’s the right thing, not just the most urgent or loudest, it moves your business forward. One less thing pulling you away from the work that matters. One less knot to worry about.
Some examples of a single thing:
- sales page that isn’t converting
- an offer that needs rewriting
- a welcome sequence to set up
- a lead magnet and the funnel behind it
- a part of the website that’s been broken for months
- a process that takes three hours and should take twenty minutes
- the thing you keep meaning to do and haven’t
If you’re not sure whether yours fits, ask me.
Let’s talk money
£700.
That covers the diagnosis, the plan, and our virtual day together.
I came to Jules convinced I had a sales page problem. Turns out I had an audience problem — and I’d been worrying about the wrong thing for ages.
She quickly helped me see what was actually going on, which was both slightly annoying and completely brilliant. Then together we figured out how to get my work in front of the right women — Jules guiding me through the content I needed to create and connecting all the tech.

Hi, I’m Jules
If you already know the thing — great. If you need help identifying it — that’s often where we start. Let’s have a proper conversation.
