Having a mid-week lunch with my friend Mel, for no special reason.  Ordering a wonderful bottle of wine (not just a glass of the house white) and the lobster*, without first having to check my bank account.

And spending all afternoon chatting about everything and nothing. Then, when I get home, I don’t check my emails.  This is the business I’d choose all over again.
